7777plus Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

Welcome to 7777plus. By accessing or using our platform — whether through a browser, a mobile app, or any other means — you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read everything carefully before you register or place a bet. If there's anything you don't understand or don't agree with, you should not proceed with registration.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 7777plus, including sports betting (PBA, NBA, basketball), virtual sports, poker, bingo, and any promotions or VIP Club benefits. References to "7777plus," "we," "us," or "our" mean the platform and the company operating it. References to "you" or "member" mean any registered user of the platform.

1 Agreement to Terms

By registering an account with 7777plus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is legally binding. It takes effect from the moment you click "Register" or submit your registration details, and it continues for as long as your account remains active.

If you register on behalf of another person or use someone else's account, you are still bound by these Terms. Account sharing is not permitted — each person must maintain their own individual account with their own verified identity.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between any translated version and the English version, the English version prevails. Philippine law applies to any legal question arising from your use of 7777plus.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 7777plus, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 7777plus does not permit gaming by anyone under 21, without exception.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is legal at the time of placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 7777plus or any associated business.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when depositing, betting, or withdrawing funds.
• Your account is not subject to a self-exclusion order or any form of gaming restriction that would make your participation unlawful.

7777plus reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time, including by requesting government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide verification documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension until the verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account with 7777plus. If duplicate accounts are detected, 7777plus reserves the right to close all but one account and void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times. Notify 7777plus promptly if any of your registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 7777plus will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs while logged into your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 7777plus are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and online banking through BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks. Visa and Mastercard are also supported.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier:

• Silver: Standard processing (up to 3 business days)
• Gold: Priority processing (1–2 business days)
• Platinum: 24-hour processing
• Diamond: 12-hour processing
• Black: Instant processing

7777plus does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals to or from GCash, Maya, or InstaPay. Charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 7777plus may request supporting documents before releasing funds, especially for large withdrawals or accounts that have not previously been verified. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your name that matches your 7777plus account name exactly.

Funds deposited into your 7777plus account must be your own money. Deposits made using a payment method belonging to a third party will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

7777plus offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by verified, eligible account holders.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal, unless a promotion is explicitly labelled as "cash" or "no-wagering." The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the promotion page.
• 7777plus reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.
• Bonus offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively in use.

VIP Club cashback is credited to your 7777plus wallet every Monday for the previous week's net losses. Cashback is not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn or used to bet immediately upon credit.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 7777plus are subject to the betting rules published in the relevant sports or game section of the platform. The following general principles apply across all betting products:

• A bet is confirmed only once you receive a "Bet Confirmed" notification and a bet slip reference number. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the member.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds, 7777plus reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies whether the error caused odds to be displayed too high or too low.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and does not resume within the timeframe specified in the relevant sports rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded.
• 7777plus may impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or event at any time. These limits are visible at the time of placing a bet.
• Winnings from voided bets are not payable. Only the original stake will be returned.

For live in-play betting, all accepted bets are binding regardless of any subsequent goal, score change, or event that occurs between the time the bet was placed and the time it was confirmed in the system.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7777plus and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Match fixing, bet manipulation, or any form of collusion with other players, agents, or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or event.
• Use of bots, automated betting software, or any program designed to place bets without direct human action.
• Opening multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or exploit any promotion.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or using funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or any platform vulnerability for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies using bonus funds.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is illegal.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7777plus staff, other members, or support agents through any communication channel.

7777plus actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated risk management systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 7777plus may, at its discretion, void bets, reverse withdrawals, close accounts permanently, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

7777plus is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to every 7777plus member at no cost and without penalty:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced instantly; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session reminders: Set time alerts to remind you when you've been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7777plus platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, interfaces, game content, text, and compiled data — is the property of 7777plus or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the 7777plus platform without prior written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

7777plus is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 7777plus shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment system failures, or acts of nature.
• Any delay in processing bets or transactions caused by third-party service providers.
• Loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

7777plus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass identity verification, or account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 7777plus support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Balances will be returned within the standard withdrawal processing time for your VIP tier.

13 Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or that there has been an error on your account, you must notify 7777plus within 30 days of the relevant event or transaction. Claims made after this period may not be investigated.

To raise a dispute, contact the 7777plus support team via live chat or by emailing support@7777plus.app with your account username, the relevant bet slip reference, and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine law. All disputes are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

14 Changes to These Terms

7777plus reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email and publish a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 7777plus platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.
